How I built a business that could run without me

The Challenge
Running Sparkle meant carrying everything. Scheduling. Hiring. Payroll. Client communication. Marketing. Operations.
I was waking at 6am to clean homes, leading the team, and buying supplies at Walmart at 9pm. Then three of four cleaners quit in one week. Days later, I got COVID.
I sat on the bathroom floor wondering how I was supposed to keep carrying it.
The business needed me in every seat. Every decision came back to me. Every process lived in my head.
I wasn't running the business. The business was running me.
